Cancellation & Refund Policy

Participant Cancellations

Bookings for classes, activities and events are transferable but non-refundable. 

Courses and Multi-Session Programmes

Refunds are not available for sessions missed after a course has started.

At SeaSoul's discretion, missed sessions may be transferred to a future course where practical.

One-to-One Wellness Sessions

For massage, wellness coaching, and other one-to-one wellbeing sessions:

  • More than 48 hours' notice: full refund or rescheduling.

  • Less than 48 hours' notice: no refund.

For retreats: more than 14 days before the retreat

  • Full refund minus 10% admin fees.

7–14 days before the retreat

  • 100% credit towards another SeaSoul activity, valid for 6 months.

Less than 7 days before the retreat

  • No refund unless your place can be filled from a waiting list.

SeaSoul Cancellations

If SeaSoul cancels an activity, workshop, class, or event, participants will be offered either:

  • A full refund; or

  • Transfer to an alternative date or activity.

Weather & Environmental Conditions

Where outdoor activities cannot safely proceed due to weather, sea conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, SeaSoul will aim to:

  • Reschedule the activity; or

  • Offer a credit towards a future event.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis where rescheduling is not possible.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies occur. Requests for refunds outside this policy may be considered at our discretion where exceptional circumstances are demonstrated.
